Risk-Free Booking & Cancellations

For most trips, you may cancel or amend your booking and receive up to 95% refund plus 5% travel credit, provided the cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period. This policy allows you to book with confidence while maintaining flexibility.

Cancellation Timeframes

Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation request is received:
  • More than 30 days before departure:
    Eligible for up to 95% refund plus 5% travel credit.
  • 15–29 days before departure:
    Partial refund may apply, depending on suppliers and services booked.
  • Less than 14 days before departure:
    Refunds may be limited or unavailable due to supplier commitments.
Specific cancellation terms may vary depending on the trip, accommodation, activities, or third-party services included in your booking.

Amendments to Bookings

Changes to travel dates, services, or itineraries are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments. Amendment requests made within the eligible period may qualify for partial refunds or travel credit.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Special event tickets
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Customized or private tours
  • Third-party services with strict cancellation policies
These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Travel Credit

When applicable, travel credit may be issued in place of or alongside a refund. Travel credits are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Force Majeure

SAMATRIP™ is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or transportation strikes. In such cases, refunds or credits will be handled in accordance with supplier policies.
