SAMATRIP™ is an Iceland-based travel agency offering tours, transfers, and travel-related services within Iceland. All services are provided in accordance with Icelandic law and applicable regulations.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to departure. Payment terms, including accepted payment methods and deadlines, will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
Pricing & Inclusions
Prices are listed in the applicable currency and include services explicitly stated in the itinerary. Prices do not include items not mentioned, such as personal expenses, travel insurance, or optional activities unless otherwise specified.
SAMATRIP™ reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in taxes, supplier costs, exchange rates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Changes & Amendments
Requests to amend bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Changes may result in additional charges or price adjustments depending on the nature of the amendment and supplier policies.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy. By booking with SAMATRIP™, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the services included.
Travel Documents & Insurance
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, are valid and up to date. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
Health & Safety
Travelers must inform SAMATRIP™ of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs prior to departure. Participation in certain activities may involve physical exertion and is undertaken at the traveler’s own risk.
Force Majeure
SAMATRIP™ shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
SAMATRIP™ acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. While we take reasonable care in selecting partners, we are not liable for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers.
Intellectual Property
All content on the SAMATRIP™ website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of SAMATRIP™ and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Icelandic courts.
