Book your Iceland adventure in 6 easy steps

Once you’ve selected your package, enter the dates you’d like to travel and the number of people in your group, and we’ll show you the price.
If you’d like to spend a few extra nights in Reykjavík at the beginning or end of your tour, you’ll see the option to add them during the booking steps. Or, let us know in the ‘special requests’ box.

FAQs
1. Are flights to Iceland included with your packages?
These days, it’s often cheapest for you to book flights directly with the airline of your choice. So you can get the best prices and availability, we don’t include flights to Iceland with our tour packages.
Once you’ve got an idea of when you want to travel and how long you want your trip to be, we recommend searching for flights to Iceland. That way, you’ll know rough prices, whether you need any connecting flights, and approximately when you’ll arrive in Iceland.

It’s best to book your Iceland vacation at least a few weeks before your intended travel date, but no later than 7 days before.
This is so we can ensure availability of your chosen rental car, accommodation, and activities. We’d hate for you not to enjoy your visit to Iceland!
4. What happens after I’ve booked online?
Once you’ve made the booking on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation and invoice via email. Whilst many bookings are confirmed instantly, longer tours can take a few days to confirm.
You’ll receive all your travel documents – including your car rental details, accommodation confirmations, and itinerary – via email. Make sure to keep these documents safe and accessible for when you get to Iceland.
Good to know: For unforeseen reasons, we might sometimes be unable to confirm your choice of car rental or accommodation. In this case, we’ll always offer you a like-for-like alternative or a refund.
5. How can I pay for my booking?
We accept payments via Visa or Mastercard. We charge all payments in euros (€).
When you book online, we request a deposit of 5% of the total package price. You’ll pay the remainder when you receive your email invoice 30 days before your departure date.
Good to know: If your trip is less than 30 days from the time of booking, we’ll charge the full amount when you book online.
